Refund policy

This is a mystery box store and refunds will not be issued if you do not like the product. We will try and accommodate as many requests up to limit 3 to make sure you box is curated just for you. If you can not accept this rule then this shop is not for you. 

If any items are delivered broken or missing etc. please send myself a message either contact details or my Facebook business page and we will then discuss either replacement or refund. 

The only time refunds will be issued is if for some reason I am unable to fulfill your order. Please be aware it may take time to pick, pack, and ship your box as I am only one person.
