Final Sale & Custom Curated Orders

Each scoop/capsule pull is personally curated and prepared specifically for the customer based on their order. Because these orders are customized and items are selected specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your curated scoop/capsule box is a final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer wanting the items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We carefully package every order and do our best to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped, unless otherwise noted.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that packages are sent to a secure location. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

For packages marked “delivered” but not received, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, as well as any available delivery photo or location details.
